Headed back out to Sea!

After getting a clean bill of health for generator. We are all systems go. We are leaving Tiger Point Marina in Fernandina Beach, FL at noon. We are aiming for Charleston, SC, which is 150 nautical miles. We are hoping to be in to Charleston by tomorrow night at 6pm. Even though we had a nice stay in Fernandina we are happy to get going again.

    To add to Dinghy Captain's note: "Nautigal is sailing along at 6.5-7 knots in about 10 knots of breeze. For a big, heavy boat, she really moves! If we can keep this pace, we may be in Charleston by around noon tomorrow. For now, we have beautiful skies and seas and a fishing line in the water. Wish us luck! - Robin"

    I am loving all of the location reports and having a great time watching Natigal's progress on the AIS tracker, Maritimetraffic.com. If you have not already discovered how to do this, begin with a click on the link sent earlier and the Nautigal's page comes up. Curser down to the block labeled Present Position. If you click on the live map, a box will come up with a button that says Past Track. When you click it you will see the map with a line showing where she has been. If you run the curser over any of the boats, you will see the boat details. I will post the link here as soon as I can cut and paste it.
