Sailing in rough seas

Sailing in rough seas means everyone is attached to lifelines while on deck. Trying to catch sleep and food when possible in between watches. Down below sleeping with lee-cloths (basically nets to hold you in your bunks). The waves were so rough you could even catch air while sleeping.
