Living the dream - Mama I'm comin' home

We sailed up the West River on a good wind. Just at sunset we came into Pirate's Cove and the wind suddenly died and we coasted gently into our slip. Fish and Julie and all our friends were waiting on the dock with champagne and fireworks lit the sky. And then Darren woke up. In reality it went more like this...we headed off course near Solomon's Island to avoid a storm in the afternoon. We were motoring along to Dunn's cove for an evening anchor when our engine suddenly died. We checked down below and realized that we had run out of gas. Luckily we were on a sailboat so we continued on, while calling for a tow. Apparently we must get towed once a leg. Anyway, we were rescued by Tow Jamm towing and are now being towed across the Bay to Galesville. We decided we might as well do happy hour. We should arrive around 1am.
